1. Registration fee (P1000.00) must be paid on or before:
December 31, 2011 (50%) – initial confirmation
April 30, 2012 (50%) – final confirmation

Defining Committees:REGISTRATION & FUND-RAISING COMMITTEE- responsible for the receiving of registration fees, gathering funds, and allocating them properly. They shall maintain a transparent records of funds.
