BATCH REUNION DETAILS

Date of Reunion: DECEMBER 29 (sat), 2012

• Morning (OMNC Gym) – Motorcade, Games, Project Proposal, Election of Officers
Attire: Batch T-shirt

• Evening (Glendening Resort) – Overnight Party
Attire: Casual & Swimming Attire

Registration Fee: P 1000.00 (compulsory) includes:
• food
• venue rental
• transport facility
• batch t-shirt

Registration details:
1. Registration fee (P1000.00) must be paid on or before:
December 31, 2011 (50%) – initial confirmation
April 30, 2012 (50%) – final confirmation

For mobilizers only: Deadline of registration fee is on August 31, 2011.

2. Registration fee must be deposited to the Metrobank. Details of the account will be posted on September 30, 2011

Defining Committees:

REGISTRATION & FUND-RAISING COMMITTEE- responsible for the receiving of registration fees, gathering funds, and allocating them properly. They shall maintain a transparent records of funds.
