DINNER MEETING (Oct 14, 2010)
The meeting was held in SM Megamall. Present were the following:

GRAND REUNION UPDATE: MINUTES OF MEETING (May 20, 2010)
The meeting was full of food and fun! We had a dinner at Tramway Garden Buffet (Timog Ave.) and had an exciting meeting at Chillspot (Tomas Morato).
Present in the meeting were the following:

PROCEEDINGS:
Date of Reunion: DECEMBER 28 (FRI), 2012
Place/Venue: HOTEL/RESORT in San Jose (to be announced)
Attire: Casual
Registration: P1000.00 (batchmate);
P 500.00 (spouse/fiance/fiancee) - strictly one companion and no children
Registration details:
1. Registration fee (P1000.00) is payable in three (3) terms:
1st payment: P500.00 due on June 30, 2011
2nd payment: P300.00 due on January 31, 2012
3rd payment: P200.00 due on June 30, 2012
2. Registration of companion (P500.00) shall be made on or before June 30, 2012.
3. Registration fee includes food, venue, logistics, and project for OMNC.
4. Registration fee must be deposited to the bank (to be announced). This is a joint account of three persons.
Defining Committees:
PROGRAM COMMITTEE - responsible for the program and its execution. They are also in-charged with the invitations.

REGISTRATION & FUND-RAISING COMMITTEE- responsible for the receiving of registration fees, gathering funds, and allocating them properly. They shall maintain a transparent records of funds.

3. MONINA PADUA (Auditor)
LOGISTICS COMMITTEE- responsible for the food, venue, and shall provide logistical support to other committees.

PROMOTION COMMITTEE- responsible for the promotion and advertisement of the reunion. They shall exert all efforts using all forms of communication media to inform the rests of the batch. They are called Coordinators.

3. Please send your BEFORE (high school) AND AFTER (current) CLOSE-UP PHOTOS to jilmerc@gmail.com for video production.
4. We encourage everyone to help us in any possible way to realize this reunion.
